Now to meet the specialized needs of the electronics industry, 3M offers three unique new two-part epoxy formulations in Duo-Pak cartridges. These Scotch-Weld products are electrolytically noncorrosive to copper — a vital consideration where long-term reliability of electronic components is a factor.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP190 gray is a 1:1 by volume mix ratio of 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive 2216 B/A gray and exhibits good peel, shear and environmental aging properties.
