When supply voltage is applied to the ETN Flasher, the off-delay begins. Upon completion of the off-delay, the load energizes and the on-delay begins at the rate of 75 flashes per minute with the off-delay always equalling the on-delay. The off/on cycling continues until the supply voltage is removed.
