MCP6547-E/P產品概述



Several comparators are offered with low supply voltage (1.8 V) and low supply current (1 μA). Examples include the MCP6541 and the MCP6546 family of push-pull and open-drain comparators, which are designed for very low power single-supply applications. The MCP6541 family of comparators have a push-pull output that interfaces with CMOS/TTL logic. The output limits supply current surges and dynamic power consumption while switching. The MCP6546 family of comparators has an open-drain output that can be pulled up to 10 V supply.
