Optek Plastic Infrared Emitting Diode
High intensity gallium arsenide range of plastic infrared emitting diodes from Optek. Constructed from a clear epoxy package, with either a small dome or flat lens depending on your application. Thanks to the small T-1 package of the OP165 & OP166 series, this range of infrared emitting diodes are suitable for a wide variety of space-limited applications. Can be used in coupling efficiency applications, within battery-operated or voltage-limited applications.
