VX2*4, Single Unit, Direct Operated 2 Port Solenoid Valve for Medium Vacuum:

The VX2 for medium vacuum (0.1Pa.abs or more) is available with brass and stainless steel body. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. FKM seal, oil-free and non-leak construction is standard. EPDM seal is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.
