Twin Industries family of Surface-Mount and BGA Adapters will allow you to use fine pitch surface mount and BGA devices in prototypes. SMT pads break out to dedicated plated through holes. FR4 material, 0.062". Featuring plated through holes and one plane.
Individual traces extend every pin from SMT package to dedicated plated through holes. Additional plated holes provided for general prototyping.
